Refund policy

7 days to exchange a size. Anything that arrives wrong or faulty is our cost, not yours.

7-day size exchange

If the shirt does not fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is:

unworn, unwashed and not altered
still carrying the brand neck label, care label and hang tag
in its original packaging

You pay the return courier charge and the delivery charge on the replacement (৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳130 outside). If your size is out of stock, choose another shirt of the same value or take a full refund of the product price.

Wrong item, defect or transit damage — we pay

If we send the wrong shirt, or it reaches you with a manufacturing defect or damage from the courier, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We collect the parcel and send the correct shirt at our cost, or refund you in full including the delivery charge.

Changed your mind

Before the parcel is dispatched, call or WhatsApp us and we cancel it free of charge. At the door you can refuse the parcel and pay nothing. Once you have accepted and paid, we exchange for size, defect or wrong item only — not for a change of mind.

What we cannot take back

Shirts that have been worn, washed, ironed, altered or perfumed
Shirts returned without the brand tags or care label attached
Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

How to start an exchange

WhatsApp +880 1718-094094 with your order number and a photo of the shirt with its tags still attached.
We confirm the exchange and give you the return address.
Send the parcel back by courier, or hand it to our delivery rider if you are inside Dhaka.
Your replacement is dispatched within 48 hours of the shirt reaching us.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, we send it by bKash or in cash within 3 working days of the shirt reaching us. Delivery charges are refunded only when the fault was ours.
