Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh by courier. Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the delivery person when the parcel reaches you.

Delivery charge

Inside Dhaka — ৳70
Outside Dhaka — ৳130

The delivery charge is added at checkout, so the amount you see is the amount you pay at the door. There are no other fees.

Delivery time

Inside Dhaka — 24 to 48 hours after your order is confirmed
Outside Dhaka — 1 to 3 working days after your order is confirmed

Orders placed on Friday, or after 6:00 pm, are processed the next working day. During Eid and public holidays delivery can take one to two days longer; we tell you when you place the order.

Order confirmation

We call or WhatsApp you before dispatch to confirm your size and address. Please keep the number you used at checkout switched on. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, we cancel the order and you owe nothing.

Tracking

Once your parcel leaves us, we send the courier tracking number to your phone by SMS or WhatsApp.

If your parcel arrives damaged or wrong

If the packaging is torn or opened, refuse the parcel at the door and call us the same day — you pay nothing. If you have already accepted it and the shirt is the wrong item or has a defect, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will collect it and replace it at our cost. Changed your mind before delivery

Call or WhatsApp us before the parcel is dispatched and we will cancel it free of charge. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you can still refuse it at the door at no cost — but please tell us, because refused parcels cost us the courier charge both ways.
