  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product details, fabrics, and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings.

  • Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Price Changes: RUVIO reserves the right to adjust prices, discounts, and promotions at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available across Bangladesh)

    • Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.

    • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and local bank cards.

  • Advance Payments: For orders outside Dhaka or high-value orders, RUVIO may require partial or full advance payment before dispatching the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Coverage: We deliver across Dhaka City and nationwide across Bangladesh using third-party logistics partners.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Inside Dhaka: 1 to 2business days.

    • Outside Dhaka: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Delivery Delays: Delivery times are estimates. RUVIO is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, political disruptions, or unforeseen events.

  • Parcel Inspection: Customers are advised to check the outer package before accepting delivery. If the package appears severely damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact customer service immediately.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Return/Exchange Window: You must notify us of any size issues, defects, or damaged items within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Innerwear, clearance/sale items, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Exchange Process: Customers are responsible for shipping fees for size exchanges unless the error or defect was made by RUVIO.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or MFS (bKash/Nagad).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to the brand name RUVIO, logo, designs, images, text, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of RUVIO and is protected under the Copyright and Trademark laws of Bangladesh. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any local or international laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

  • Submit false or misleading information during checkout or registration.

  • Place fake or fraudulent Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

RUVIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 and the Digital Commerce Policy. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
